During telephone registrations we charge £50 deposit. During telehone registrations of advanced treatments, a deposit from £250 is required. The deposit is non-refundable if the patient misses the appointment, is more than 15 minutes late or the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
