Hair loss after autoimmune reaction?
There are many possible causes of hair loss, and an autoimmune reaction is one of them. Autoimmune reactions can occur when your body’s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue. This can cause inflammation and damage to the affected area. Hair loss can be a result of this damage. There are several things you can do to reduce hair loss caused by an autoimmune reaction. First, try to identify the trigger for your reaction and avoid it if possible. If you can’t avoid the trigger, you may be able to take steps to reduce your body’s response to it. This may include taking medication or getting injections of immunoglobulin. You should also take care of your scalp and hair. This includes washing your hair regularly and using a mild shampoo. You may also want to avoid hairstyles that pull on your hair or put unnecessary stress on your scalp. If you’re concerned about hair loss, talk to your doctor. They can help you determine the cause and recommend treatment options.
